  • Take 2 tbsp of brown sugar (jaggery)

Grate the Zucchini

  • Four ripe zucchinis should be washed, and then ground. Next, wash the grated zucchini in fresh water and drain, then put it into a colander season it lightly with salt, and leave it there for approximately 10 minutes to get the additional water out. Following this, drain out the excess water and set the mixture aside.

Cooking

Prepare the Base

  • Heat the cooking oil in a deep large-sized pan and place it over a medium flame.
  • Fry the mustard, cumin, and fenugreek grains which begin to splutter.
